Delivery & Returns

Delivery
All items are dispatched via UPS within 7–10 working days of your order being placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress and expected delivery date.

Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inform us, followed by a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original condition, including accessories and packaging where possible. If the condition has been affected beyond what would reasonably be expected during inspection, a fair reduction may be applied to your refund.

If the item is faulty or not as described, we will first offer a repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights. A refund will only be considered if a repair or replacement is not possible. To initiate a return, please contact our support team and we will provide you with a return label and clear instructions. Once we receive the item, we will process the repair, replacement, or refund within 14 days.

Warranty
All products include a 12-month commercial hardware warranty covering faults not caused by accidental damage or misuse. Returned items will be inspected by our technicians. If the fault is covered under the warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. If the fault is not covered, we will provide you with a repair quote. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you will be responsible for the carriage cost for us to send the item back to you.
