Website Access and Use
It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas may only be accessible if you have registered.
You may use this website for your own private purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may print and download material from this website provided you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
Website Uptime
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, technical issues may occasionally result in downtime, and accordingly, we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time. Where possible, we will try to provide advance warning of maintenance downtime but are not obliged to do so.

Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential, with the exception of personal data, which is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Orders, Delivery and Returns
All items are dispatched via UPS within 7 to 10 working days of your order being placed. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us of your intention to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item in its original condition, including accessories and packaging where possible. If the condition is affected beyond what would reasonably be expected during inspection, a fair reduction may be made to your refund.
If the item is faulty or not as described, we will in the first instance offer a repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights. Only where a repair or replacement is not possible will a refund be issued. All returns are processed promptly once the item has been received and inspected.
Warranty
All refurbished IT equipment supplied by Recycle IT comes with a 12-month hardware warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Laptops are supplied with batteries that have a minimum of 70% health at delivery. Batteries are consumable items and are not covered beyond this initial guarantee.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, software issues, or external factors such as power surges or liquid damage.
Privacy and Data Protection
Recycle IT complies with UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws. Personal information is collected, stored, and processed in line with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on this website.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
